The purpose of this project is to provide training to unemployed youth and young adults in the following areas: waste management, hairdressing, beauty and nail technology and real estate. In total, 4 400 learners will be trained; the first-year cohort of training will have an intake of 2 000 learners and the second-year cohort an intake of 2 400 learners.

The training is divided into two phases: the first phase is the theoretical training and will take place over 40 working days (two months) and the second phase is placement, where learners will be placed with host employers to implement what they learned – the duration of the placement is nine months. This project is ongoing.
